What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates, primarily from the APAC Region ( Philippines, Malaysia and Australia)
• Use AI tools and recruiter judgment to make strong CV selections
• Work with a target of 15 AI CV selects per month
  

Compensation & Perks:

• Earn 12.5% of the total billing for each successful hire
• ₦10,000 for every 2 AI CV selects
• ₦10,000 for every 3 additional AI CV selects
• ₦12,000 for each candidate selected by a human reviewer after AI CV review (tagged as "CV Select")
  

Growth Opportunity:

• After achieving 12 AI CV selects , you’ll be offered a full-time role with a starting monthly salary of ₦200,000 plus commissions!
