Role Summary
Alpha Global is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to design and deliver comprehensive technology solutions aligned with business needs. You will engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, create architectural blueprints, and guide technical teams through implementation. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in solution architecture and a strong understanding of software, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Design end-to-end solution blueprints integrating software, cloud infrastructure, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Lead proof of concept (PoC) developments and pilot projects.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Create detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural best practices. Required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, application architecture, and integration patterns.
Certifications (Preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- TOGAF Certification
Technical Skills
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Application architectures: Microservices, SOA, REST APIs
- Infrastructure: Networking, Security, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Development frameworks: Java Spring, .NET Core, Node.js
- Tools: Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in enterprise software and SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of data architecture and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
