Labs by Bincom offers a 3-6 month program for tech professionals, developers, designers, and aspiring entrepreneurs to gain practical experience in building and launching tech products. As a Software Development Associate, you will collaborate within a team to develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that address real-world problems, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts. This is an opportunity to contribute to the early stages of innovative tech ventures within a dynamic pre-incubator environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ideate, design, and develop tech-based solutions.
• Develop and implement software using relevant programming languages (including Python).
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from concept to testing.
• Conduct testing and debugging of software applications.
• Write clean and well-documented code.
• Contribute to the technical design of the product.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies.
• Actively participate in team discussions.
Support other team members in development tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in at least one relevant language, with Python being a plus.
• Passion for technology and an interest in startups.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and embrace challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
No prior entrepreneurship experience required.
