Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Curate content calendars and manage high-quality, on-brand visual content
- Drive audience engagement and sales through compelling captions, graphics, and videos
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and paid ad campaigns
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content strategy Stay up-to-date with trends and digital innovations in fashion marketing
Requirements:
- A degree in mass communication or related field
- 1-2 years experience in a social media role (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred)
- Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and analytics tools
- Excellent writing, content creation, and communication skills
- Fashion-forward mindset and understanding of women’s wear audience
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive with attention to detail
