Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high quality social media deliverables, supporting all sales teams and producing creative solutions to help achieve company goals. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, creative, have demonstrated social media success across similar markets, and experienced with modern social media tools and technologies. The ideal candidate must reside in Lagos and open to hybrid work mode with at least 3 years of experience as a social media manager or strategist.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor, distributors, and customer insights analysis.
- Design a research-based brand strategy
- Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date. Introduce new product ideas, package designs, sizes, colours based on consumer needs analysis
Requirements:
- Must be masterful in the use of English and be exceptionally convincing.
- Must be competent in formulating digital marketing strategies
- Must be well versed with social media trends and analytics and must be competent in providing quality customer service to customers across social media platforms.
- Must be competent in handling social media platforms such as Facebook. Twitter, Instagram, etc. to create and manage promotional campaigns to establish and maintain product branding.
- Must be competent in content creation and development as well as in the use of graphic design applications such as Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.
