About This Opportunity: We’re currently hiring social media management and marketing interns to join BTO Academy’s (Social Media Management Unit for Clients). This internship isn’t just about learning — it’s about growth. We’re looking for skilled, committed, and capable social media managers to be outsourced to our client companies, where you’ll manage real social media platforms under our supervision and guidance, gaining hands-on, client-based experience.



This is a 4-month hands-on internship. You’ll be outsourced to work with our client companies, take on projects, and deliver measurable results. You’ll manage content, handle posting, and execute marketing tasks and strategies directly for our clients, while operating under our academy’s structure, guidance, and full support.



You’ll also receive a monthly stipend to support your data subscription. In addition, we’ll be coaching you to build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn and grow your following to 10,000+ connections. This coaching is mandatory — we want you to gain visibility, expand your reach, and become known for your expertise while interning with us.



You’ll also work closely with your team members, gaining real collaboration experience while using the tools we provide. This internship isn’t just about learning how to manage social media — it’s about learning how to manage it for international companies and deliver results that meet global standards.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in social media marketing and management training

Create and distribute content across six social media platforms

Manage a company’s social media account under our supervision

Write copy, design graphics, edit video content

Work on landing pages, ads, and lead generation funnels

Get coached and work on your LinkedIn personal branding and audience growth

Promote both BTO brand and your personal brand activities

Work with a fellow team members, receive feedback and mentorship

Requirements

Must own a laptop

Must be passionate about social media management and marketing

Must be committed to building a career in social media management

Must have real, practical skills (design, copywriting, video editing, content creation, etc.)

Must be willing to grow their LinkedIn audience and personal brand

Must be ready to learn, work, deliver, and grow
