Job Description: We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager and Content Creator to expand our online brand presence. The ideal candidate should be good at content creation, graphics design, and digital strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the hotel’s branding

• Create high-quality and engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts

• Manage daily posting across all relevant social media platforms (E.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

• Design promotional graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.

• Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategies

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

• Analyze performance metrics using social media and Google Business tools

• Create monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign success

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote offers, events, and services

• Manage photo and video shoots for hotel services and amenities

• Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging technologies
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing or social media

• Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics

• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  

Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/month
