Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Successful candidate must be onsite with Administrative knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Run all our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a consistent voice and look.
Content Creation & Strategy
Create engaging posts, videos, and reels that people love to share—and plan smart strategies to boost reach.
Analytics & Performance
Keep an eye on what’s working (and what’s not), and share insights to help us grow smarter.
Community Engagement
Chat with our followers, reply to messages, and build real connections with our online community.
Campaigns & Ads
Plan and manage social media ads that drive clicks, conversions, and buzz.
Collaboration & Influencers
Work with our team and partner with influencers to launch fun and effective campaigns.
Trends & Competitors
Stay on top of trends and keep an eye on what others are doing—so we’re always a step ahead.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
✔ Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
✔ Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
✔ Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Saturday: 10am - 2pm

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
