About the Role

As our Social Media Marketing Lead, you won’t just manage platforms, you’ll define how DreamLife and its clients show up online. This is a startup-stage leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of both strategy and execution, work closely with content creators, and drive real results across multiple platforms.

You'll also work alongside the CEO and leadership team to drive campaigns that attract new clients, deepen brand engagement, and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a lean but dynamic team of social media executives
• Develop and execute weekly/monthly strategies for both DreamLife Studios and client brands
• Occasionally lead the content team for client events
• Create engaging video and graphic content with creative tools like cap-cut, canva or premiere pro
• Plan and implement client acquisition and retainer-ship campaigns
• Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and audience engagement
• Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimise content accordingly
• Research trends to keep our digital presence sharp, fresh, and competitive
• Ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms
Collaborate across departments to bring campaigns to life

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience managing social media for brands or agencies
• Excellent grasp of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
• Strong Phone videography and video editing skills with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Experience leading or collaborating within a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, fast-thinking, and adaptable
A hunger to grow and take on bigger roles as we scale

Remuneration and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦170,000 (based on experience and performance during probation)
