Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and post high-quality, on-brand content across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Actively engage with community members: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic manner
- Monitor trends, social conversations, and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and content ideation
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics Organically grow community size and engagement through creative campaigns and authentic interactions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable personal or professional social media/community management experience.
- Proven track record managing your own social media accounts with consistent posting and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and algorithms Self-starter with an experimental mindset and genuine love for community building
