Exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Social Media manager and contribute to the music & events landscape across Sub-saharan Africa and the diaspora.

We need a creative and results-driven social media expert. Someone to lead our digital strategy, grow our online presence, and engage our community across all social media platforms. In this exciting role, you'll work alongside our Co-Founders to create compelling content, and drive measurable results through innovative campaigns.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing and community roles in music, ideally the Nigerian and UK/EMEA.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends primarily relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences in music and entertainment.
- Understand the power of connectivity and how we intend to take the brand to the next level.
- Ability to translate KPIs and community sentiment into actionable campaign adjustments and can work without micro-management.
- Must have an eye for emerging acts in the music industry and ready to help them succeed.
- Ability to create, and manage a content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok; ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
- Experience using social media management and analytical tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and community-building platforms.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe.
- Experience using Mailing tools such as Mailchimp, and Infobip.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences and communities.
- Engage with artists, followers, and influencers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, along with industry news and competitor activities, to maintain a fresh and relevant presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Mass communication.
- 3+ years' in social media, marketing, advertising or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skill Knowledgeable design skills
