We are seeking an experienced and visionary Show Producer to take the reins of our upcoming novel online game show. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and can lead the entire lifecycle of a show — from concept development and pre-production through to live execution, post-production, and final distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-production including concept development, scripting, scheduling, and team coordination

Oversee all phases of production, ensuring high creative and technical standards are met

Direct the online execution of the show — managing remote creativedirection, live interactions, and real-time audience engagement.

Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and technical staff to ensure cohesive show delivery.

Supervise post-production workflows (editing, sound, graphics, etc.)

Develop and execute distribution strategy across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT, etc.)

Work closely with marketing and social media teams to drive promotion and audience growth.

Manage production timelines, and reporting.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience producing digital shows, live streams, or broadcast content

Proven ability to lead projects from development through delivery

Strong understanding of remote production tools, virtual studios, and streaming platforms

Experience with talent direction, script supervision, and live/on-demand formats

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Knowledge of digital content trends and audience behavior

Comfortable with tight deadlines and fast-moving production cycles.

Preferred Skills
Experience launching game shows or interactive formats

Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)

Familiarity with OBS, vMix, or other live production tools

Creative sensibility with an eye for detail and brand alignment
