Job Description (Summary)
As the Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet, supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless customer service and inventory control.
- Overseeing daily sales to customers
- Ensuring accurate record of daily sales manually and /or software system
- Management of payment channels.
- Inventory/ Stock management
- Management of credit sales
- Supervision of other staffs
- Rendering of required reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of First Degree or HND in Social Sciences (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting)
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Proficiency in using business software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar tools (advantageous)
