- The Service Manager – Spare Parts is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive spare parts, ensuring consistent availability, cost control, and quality compliance.
- This role builds strong supplier relationships, optimizes inventory levels, and ensures timely parts availability to support repair, maintenance, and CNG conversion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure genuine spare parts for repairs, CNG conversions, and maintenance activities.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating favorable pricing and terms.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and holding costs.
- Monitor spare parts quality and ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and generate monthly inventory and procurement reports.
- Forecast parts demand based on service schedules, usage trends, and seasonal patterns.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely parts availability for ongoing projects.
- Oversee warehouse safety, cleanliness, and optimal organization.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
