Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Sales Executive to join our global team and drive revenue through enterprise-level software solution sales . This role is ideal for a dynamic, persuasive, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in closing high-value B2B SaaS or software services deals ($100K+).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales: from prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, to deal closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and align our software solutions to deliver real business value.
- Manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast and report sales activity using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and marketing teams to create winning proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B software sales experience , with at least 2 years selling high-ticket ($100K+) solutions .
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales tools.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Background in SaaS, enterprise IT services, or digital transformation projects. Experience selling to international markets (US, EU, UK).
