We’re looking for a world-class builder to join as our very first hire and help turn bold ideas into real, impactful software. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love shipping quickly, and want to shape a product from scratch alongside the founder, this is your chance.

?️ What You’ll Do

• Own the entire MVP build: front-end, back-end, authentication, basic DevOps, and AI-driven features.
• Make foundational decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on real user feedback.
• Integrate AI-first tools into UX, operations, and internal workflows.
Collaborate closely with the founder on a daily basis.

?What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and shipping full products independently.
• Exceptional speed and quality — you move 10x faster than most engineers, and your code lasts.
• AI first (Vibe) coding approach — at least 50% of your code base is AI-built.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience.
Thrive in ambiguity, energized by fast-moving environments, and dislike bureaucracy.

? Bonus Points

• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Supabase, Firebase, or Node.js.
Passion for service businesses, SMEs or Africa.
