Requirements:
6–7 years post-call experience in a corporate law firm or similar environment.
Exceptional legal drafting skills, especially for contracts, agreements, and opinions.
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex legal work without supervision.
Strong background in corporate/commercial law, finance-related matters, and regulatory compliance.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, industry-specific regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Provide legal and regulatory advisory across sectors including tech, oil & gas, construction, procurement, and investment.
Solid litigation experience, particularly in commercial and regulatory disputes.
Excellent corporate communication skills—able to engage confidently with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Experience managing client relationships, including handling difficult or high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal tech tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of legal documents including contracts, transactional documents, corporate policies, and pleadings.
Provide strategic legal support on corporate transactions, financial structuring, and risk management.
Handle or support litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory changes, compliance obligations, and industry trends.
Liaise directly with clients, providing clear, business-aligned legal solutions and managing expectations.
Uphold high standards of communication and professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and team support.
