The senior project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. He will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud, digital trust, governance risk and compliance, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.










Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and application development, to ensure project objectives are met.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, track outstanding milestone payments, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and maintain project documentation.

Manage client incident/support issues alongside SMEs.

Visit clients site to ensure satisfaction during and after project implementation when need be.

Requirements:

• 6 - 10years proven work experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification and other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Solid technical background with understanding project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
