We are seeking a strategic and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the ideation, development, and delivery of innovative digital health products. In this senior role, you will shape product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that every feature we build drives real-world impact across Africa. Your leadership will be key to transforming how our users experience healthcare through Sendoc’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with mDoc's mission and strategic objectives.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
User-Centric Design & Innovation
- Conduct user research and gather insights to design products that are person-centred and empathetic.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, clinical, and tech teams to build intuitive and inclusive digital experiences.
- Translate user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional squads including engineering, data, operations, and clinical teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Coordinate product sprints, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Serve as the key product liaison for internal and external partners.
Performance & Impact Monitoring
- Track product usage, engagement, and health outcomes to evaluate product success.
- Use data and evidence to guide decision-making, improve user satisfaction, and iterate quickly.
- Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs for products, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Strategic Growth & Scaling
- Identify opportunities to expand and scale products across geographies and user segments.
- Contribute to sector-wide thought leadership by sharing product innovations and insights.
- Support business development with product expertise, demos, and strategic inputs.
Agile Excellence & Team Collaboration
- Promote agile best practices and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the product team.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building team capacity.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Updated)
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or technology for social impact.
- Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Excellent user research, product design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, GA).
- Experience working in resource-constrained or emerging markets is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and feedback to drive product decisions and improvements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, aligned with Sendoc’s values of empathy, excellence, and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree (e.g., public health, business, or tech) is a plus.

Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,500,000.00 per month
