Job Description/Requirements
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee internal controls, ensure compliance, and manage store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing store inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Control
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on compliance matters.

Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of inventory movements. Conduct regular stock checks and investigations.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in internal control, compliance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge: Knowledge of internal control frameworks, compliance regulations, and inventory management principles.
