Your Role

As a core member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Design and build scalable back-end solutions and RPC-based APIs

• Experience working with React and translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive components

• Knowledge of automated testing tools and best practices

• Conduct and participate in code reviews.

• Participate in and lead engineering and product meetings with stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, CX director, and head of product.

• Willingness to take full ownership of features and tasks, including:

• Collaborating on and refining requirements

• Proactively suggesting enhancements or improvements

• Align with timelines and committing to realistic deadlines

• Managing the full development cycle: planning, coding, testing, reviewing, and deploying

• Ensuring high-quality code and comprehensive test coverage

• Iterating based on feedback to deliver polished, production-ready solutions

• Experience working in Fintech or regulated industries
