Job Summary
As a Senior Data & Business Analyst, you will build and own a reporting system that connects people, operations, and financials, giving leadership control through actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Your role is to develop and present insights as well as simplify, solidify and get buy-in on which core levers drive company performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Complete buy-in on reporting structure and KPIs after 4 months in role.
- In 6 months, you will have personally achieved a complete overhaul of our current reporting structure.
- Ensuring data accuracy and that heavy business priorities can be based on the insights from our reports.
- Support and guide leaders in creating meaningful reports which support them in driving performance.
- Choice of KPIs, availability of data, frequency, etc. Support CCO in predicting revenue month by month with 90% accuracy - by building a forecast model & identifying and tracking core revenue indicators.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Controlling, Business Intelligence, Cost Accounting, Revenue Operations or FP&A.
- A strong general business understanding and know-how to connect numbers to strategy.
- You've had ownership over key data projects, know how to keep stakeholders accountable, and are comfortable being the go-to person.
- Confident in your ability to deliver high-quality results, and your past employers can back that up.
- You've held sole responsibility for core data sources and reports that executive teams depended on.
- You're confident in SQL and know your way around querying and modelling data.
- You have at least 1 year of remote work experience, and you know you like it. Ideally, you're comfortable with Google Data Studio, and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is also great.

- You are naturally very detail-oriented. Whether it’s your way of structuring your folders or work in general, or just your ability to create an overview through structure, others will experience great attention to detail from you.
- You are curious by nature. You need to understand the “why” behind things. You prefer to know the reasoning behind something before you move forward.
- You have always had a naturally good overview. You find it easy to help others gain an overview of things, and you are good at planning and prioritising your tasks and efforts.
- You instinctively begin to see different scenarios play out in your head when presented with information. You like to have a plan, and you are always thinking 2-3 steps ahead. “If this happens, then what?” - is a thought pattern you recognise daily. You cannot help but take ownership of the things you are involved in, and you thrive best with colleagues who share that mindset. Once you’ve made an agreement, you feel 100% committed to it.
What We Offer:
- A 39-hour a week full-time remote position with a fixed salary according to experience (Mon-Fri, GMT+1 or max 4 hours away).
- Salary span: 1500-3000 USD/month, depending on experience
- We offer 6 weeks of paid time off, pay during sick days and generous paid parental leave.
