We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-driven team member who thrives on meaningful conversations and wants to make a real impact. As part of our Support & Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking help, guiding them with empathy and care.

? Your Role

Help new clients understand our services, support their onboarding journey, and assist with scheduling and coverage questions—all while contributing to our inbound sales flow.

? Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and text

• Assist with account setup and therapy scheduling

• Provide insurance and billing information

• Answer questions clearly and kindly

• Help clients take that important first step toward care
  

✅ What You’ll Need

• Strong written and spoken English

• Confident communicator by phone/text

• U.S. time zone availability

• Reliable internet + quiet work environment

• Detail-oriented with a service mindset

✨ Nice-to-Have

• Experience in healthcare, sales, or customer service

• Familiarity with U.S. insurance processes

• Full-time: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

• Remote, shifting based on team needs

• rate: $500/month
