Compensation: 100k-120k + Commission
Position: Fulltime/Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through online and offline channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value of solar energy solutions.
- Negotiate, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery and installation follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely weekly reports via our Sales Dashboard. Build strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills. Experience selling solar products, tech, or gadgets is an advantage.
