About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our innovative SaaS (Tech & AI solutions) and Corporate Training services. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing B2B sales opportunities with corporate clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for SaaS products and training programs (corporate, open & offshore)
- Identify and engage potential clients, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and product offerings
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions and/or corporate training
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
