Job Title: Sales Manager – Paper Core
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Reporting To: AGM – Sales & Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of Paper Core, Roller Covering, DS Tape, and related products for the film, foil, and paper industry. This role involves driving sales growth, managing product trials, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct product trials at client sites and document outcomes.
Prepare monthly and yearly sales forecasts and budgets.
Implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share.
Track material deliveries and maintain client communication.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
B.Sc in Science or a related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in core, carton, or film manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary:
₦450,000 – ₦550,000 net monthly + sales incentives
Negotiable for candidates with relevant industry experience.
