Position: Sales Manager – OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturers)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reporting To: Head Sales – B2B
Summary of the Role
This role focuses on selling self-adhesive tapes to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) — companies that use these tapes as components in the production of their own finished goods, such as packaging, electronics, automotive parts, or appliances. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with such manufacturers and managing the sales process end-to-end.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of Self Adhesive Tape in the B2B market, mainly tapes.
- Identify customer potential and submit quotations.
- Prepare customer trial reports.
- Prepare customer forecasts and monthly budgets.
- Submit daily call reports by end of day.
- Collect payments from customers with support from customer service.
- Create order forms and coordinate with customer service for approvals.
Preferred Candidate Requirement:
- Graduate in Engineering or Science.
- 3–5 years of experience selling carton, flexible, or film products in OEMs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in tough situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
