Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Technical Products and Services) with a passion for technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities for the client's technical products and professional services. This role demands a proactive, consultative sales approach to build lasting client relationships and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outbound efforts.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
o Present and demonstrate technical products and services to prospects, aligning solutions with their business needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
o Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
o Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
o Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on client feedback.
4. Technical Expertise:
o Gain a deep understanding of ITStack Limited’s product and service portfolio.
o Collaborate with technical teams to design customized products and solutions for clients.
5. Reporting and Forecasting:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
o Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical products and services, including cloud, security, and networking solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
