As a growing firm, we are seeking a Sales Executive to drive consistent revenue, expand our client base, and position our services in the market.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong client pipelines, and closing deals. This role requires a self-driven professional who can convert conversations into contracts, nurture relationships, and consistently deliver results in a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads across diverse industries.
- Promote and sell HR consulting and professional services, aligning client needs with our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal consultants to design client-focused solutions.
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry engagements (virtual/physical).
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2–4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (professional services/consulting preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, cold outreach).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Founders).

Work Schedule: Hybrid
Salary:
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (fixed & performance-based) + attractive commission
(High performers can earn ₦700k+ monthly)
