  • We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our retail footprint, and building strong client relationships that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • The role involves securing new retail and wholesale partnerships, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting revenue targets.
  • This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in sales within the wig, beauty, or fashion industry (or adjacent fields) and are looking to directly contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to increase our presence in retail outlets, beauty supply stores, salons, and online platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities that position our brand strongly in the marketplace.
  • Lead high-value contract negotiations with wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Secure favorable agreements that drive profitability and long-term growth.
  • Set clear targets and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed them.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Monitor KPIs including retail expansion, contract values, customer retention, and sales growth.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry experience in wigs, haircare, beauty, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Strong background in negotiating and closing large-scale contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Our preferred candidate is someone who has these skill set:

  • Proven sales planning and pipeline management experience, with the ability to streamline sales processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Expertise in developing and applying performance metrics to measure sales effectiveness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage prospects, manage client accounts, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
