We are seeking a performance-driven Sales executive to lead sales activities in the Benin Republic. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales track record, industry awareness, and the technical capability to drive business growth within the construction sector.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales by identifying and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders—contractors, engineers, and developers.
- Deliver technical presentations to communicate product value effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company targets.
- Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. Monitor industry developments and provide market intelligence to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in construction materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented with leadership potential.
- Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural, field-based role. Candidate must be based in Benin Republic
Location: Benin Republic
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000 Monthly (approx. CFA 275,000 – CFA 370,000)
