Job Title: Sales Executive (Travel Industry)

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the travel industry, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Achieve individual sales targets through consistent prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential corporate clients, presenting tailored travel solutions to meet their business needs.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Market Development: Explore opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the travel market.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent client satisfaction by providing responsive and professional support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within the travel industry (beyond just travel consulting).
- Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Strong background in B2B/corporate client sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
