Job Summary:
Connect Care Ltd, an SME operating in the social care sector, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Yaba, Lagos. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to support the tender and business development process.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business leads through online research, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the tender writing team to prepare and submit proposals.
Support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospects using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Confident in presenting services and engaging potential clients.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Other degrees with strong interpersonal and communication components will also be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client services.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month
