Job Summary

This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to support customers by understanding their needs, promoting Tranos products and services, and driving revenue growth. The position involves collaborating with the sales team, delivering technical presentations, developing tailored solutions, and contributing to product improvements through customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise on product capabilities, applications, and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals, clearly communicating the value proposition of Tranos solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions and training sessions with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of our products.
• Work closely with engineering and product development teams, relaying customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Tranos at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Power industries.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and DDM.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
