Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Engineering Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, networking, and business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets and industries.
- Effectively communicate customers’ needs to the Sales Support Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to execute business strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing systems and facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant post-NYSC work experience (field sales experience is an added advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and facilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₦250,000 monthly salary.
