Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator who will support the corrugated packaging Sales team by managing customer accounts, coordinating orders, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process customer orders, inquiries, and requests related to corrugated packaging.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to manage supply. Generate sales reports and assist with forecasting and planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the corrugated packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of corrugated materials, packaging processes, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and sales software (e.g., CRM systems).
