Position: Sales Branch Manager

Location: Ilorin, Nigeria

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site


Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Branch Manager to lead our Ilorin sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, crafting and executing branch-level sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of strategic oversight, team mentorship, and direct client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Ilorin sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with broader company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to executive leadership.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends, property values, and competitive activity within the region.
  • Support team members in negotiations, deal closing, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize local campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical sales practices.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales, property development, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, business development , and target achievement .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication , and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing or supervising sales teams.
  • Good knowledge of real estate market dynamics in Nigeria, especially Ilorin and surrounding areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate , or related discipline.
  • High level of professionalism , strategic thinking , and analytical decision-making .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
