Job Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, develop effective strategies, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base and close deals.
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
✅ Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
✅ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
✅ Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
✅ Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
