Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales, strong communication skills and the ability to work with numbers using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products to customers (retail and wholesale).

• Attend to walk-in clients and manage inquiries professionally.

• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports using Microsoft Excel and our software.

• Monitor inventory and communicate with the warehouse on stock availability.

• Follow up with customers for payments, deliveries and feedback.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through responsive communication and service.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to enter formulas, update sheets and generate basic reports.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and good with numbers.
