Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include sales training, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and sales management to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to effectively deliver Training for sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
