Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Agege. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing training to the sales team. Day-to-day tasks involve creating promotional materials, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking sales performance. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall business development strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the service delivery industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
