Azure & Python SaaS Solution Developer

Insightful Talent is partnering with a talent solutions client in their search for an Azure & Python SaaS Solution Developer to contribute to developing scalable, efficient, and secure cloud-based solutions. This is a project based consulting role, focusing on the development and architecture of a new solution.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy SaaS applications on the Azure platform, leveraging Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Build robust, maintainable, and efficient backend systems using Python.
• Integrate third-party APIs and build custom RESTful APIs to support SaaS applications.
• Implement scalable microservices architecture for high-performance applications.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting regular performance testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, UI/UX, and product management, to deliver complete solutions.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
• Implement best practices for security, including authentication, authorization, and data protection, following compliance standards.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging efforts to ensure the reliability and scalability of solutions.

What the client is looking for:

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, Azure API Management).
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Proficiency in working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Knowledge of authentication and security protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
