We’re growing fast — and we need someone who can own and close orders and projects, coordinate vendors and logistics, and manage onsite and remote fulfillment with excellence.

Role Overview

This is not your average project role. We're hiring a Road & Online Project Manager and Vendor Fulfillment Lead to ensure all orders and projects — from customer requests to vendor coordination — are delivered quickly, correctly, and efficiently. You will not interface with customers directly (that's the support team's responsibility), but you will be the last line of quality control, the person who ensures every order moves on time, is picked up from the right place, and meets our packaging and presentation standards. You’ll also be responsible for vendor onboarding, using our vendor management software, and managing real-time pickups from our warehouse and production site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between vendors, warehouse, production, and logistics
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and vendor performance
• Conduct final quality checks on color, size, packaging, and condition
• Capture image confirmations before delivery
• Coordinate urgent order flow and pickups at key hubs
• Monitor and update order status across tools (Google Sheets, vendor software, etc.)
• Onboard vendors to use DexStitches vendor management systems
• Supervise urgent or delayed orders onsite when necessary
• Work closely with the support team — but not directly with customers
Escalate and resolve roadblocks fast

Minimum Requirements

• Must live in Yaba, Lagos Island (Isale Eko preferred), or Obalende
• HND or BSc
• Prior experience in project coordination, vendor fulfillment, or logistics/admin roles
• Strong communication, documentation, and people management skills
• Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Docs, Uber/logistics apps, and new web tools
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and a determination to close tasks ahead of time
• Must own a mobile phone capable of capturing clear order images
• Must know how to shop online and verify product details
Willing and able to move locally when needed, especially across Lagos

• Zero wrong orders or delays
• Faster fulfillment, especially for urgent requests
• Clear implementation of checklist-driven quality checks
• Vendors are fully onboarded and using our systems
Communication and tracking flows smoothly between all stakeholders
