Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Specialist is a crucial frontline role at CED Soundhous Experience

Store, responsible for delivering exceptional product experiences while driving

sales conversion. This position combines deep product knowledge with strong

sales skills to guide customers through immersive demonstrations, ultimately

converting interest into purchases. The Experience Sales Specialist plays a pivotal

role in showcasing CED's premium audio and smart home solutions, creating

memorable experiences that resonate with both walk-in and appointment-based

Customers.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and experience tours
• Manage scheduled appointments and provide personalized experiences for customers
• Assist walk-in customers and convert online inquiries into in-store visits
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CED products, their features, and how they integrate into various environments
• Guide customers through the entire product experience, from initial demonstration to purchase decision
• Collect and provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and the overall store experience
• Maintain demo areas and ensure all products are in optimal working condition for demonstrations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred..
• 2+ years of experience in high-end retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics, audio, or smart home technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex product features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
