Job Description/Requirements
We’re seeking a proactive R&D Officer to support the institutionalization of innovation across our business. You will help develop ideas, optimize internal processes, and drive creative solutions to company-wide challenges that support our growth and scalability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and propose innovative solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
- Support the development and testing of new systems, or services.
- Analyze trends, data, and feedback to generate actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements and pilot ideas. Document learnings, build playbooks, and support knowledge transfer.

- Strong analytical and research skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Ability to think strategically and work tactically
- Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
