We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales/Outdoor Marketer to join our client real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s property offerings, and converting prospects into clients through direct marketing, field engagement, and property presentations.
Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential buyers, organizing marketing campaigns and open houses, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires regular fieldwork, cold calls, and client follow-ups to drive property sales.
Candidates should possess strong communication and persuasive skills, with at least 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or outdoor marketing. A background in Marketing, Business, or related fields is required.
