About the Role:
A reputable real estate firm in Lugbe, Abuja is hiring a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Marketer to help expand its property sales portfolio. If you’re persuasive, passionate about real estate, and have great interpersonal skills, this role offers great earning potential and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, market, and sell both in-house and third-party real estate properties
- Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property developers
- Conduct site inspections and present property offerings professionally
- Contribute to marketing strategies and participate in sales campaigns
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, smart, and self-motivated
- Familiar with Lugbe and surrounding Abuja areas
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must be presentable and client-focused
