- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM

About the Role:
A reputable food restaurant in Surulere is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to ensure that food preparation, service, hygiene, and operational standards are consistently upheld across all shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining food safety and overall service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen, storage, and service areas
- Evaluate ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Train staff on hygiene and quality assurance procedures
- Document non-conformities and initiate corrective actions
- Work closely with kitchen staff, service team, and management to ensure proper quality control practices
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with regulatory health and safety requirements
- Perform shift-based reporting and handovers
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify product inconsistencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work night and day shifts as required
- Resides within or close to Surulere preferred
