Quality Control & Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Testing and assessing products
• Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue
• Record and report issues
• Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes
May also be responsible for making necessary product repairs

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Testing and assessing products.
• Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue.
• Record and report issues.
• Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of products and how to identify defects.
• Ability to use tools and equipment correctly.
• Ability to work in a safe environment.
• Look at the product and find any problems before the product is shipped to the customer.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
• Excellent organizational problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to design and implement quality control systems
• Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
• Ability to use relevant software and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control methods
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
