Job Description/Requirements
Job Title: QA Manager
Location: Challawa, Kano State, Nigeria
Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (Non-negotiable)
Experience in the Blown Film/Flexible Packaging manufacturing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards and procedures.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for quality issues.
Maintain compliance with industry and internal standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and R&D teams.
Manage QA documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and reports.
Train and supervise QA personnel.
Requirements:
Degree in Plastics Technology or related field.
8–12 years of industrial experience in a QA role within a Blown Film or Flexible Packaging company.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and regulatory standards.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
